Available for the Right Role

I am selectively exploring a long-term next step in enterprise operations, process improvement, and production systems.

Enterprise Production Operations | Process Improvement | Workflow Systems

I am an operations and process-improvement professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting enterprise production environments.

My work focuses on helping teams execute complex work more clearly, consistently, and effectively. I improve workflows, develop operational standards, organize production systems, increase visibility into workload and capacity, and turn ambiguous requests into practical plans that can be delivered.

I am looking for a role where operational judgment, process improvement, production knowledge, and clear communication are recognized as strategic value.

What I Do Best

I help organizations bring structure to work that has become unclear, inconsistent, overloaded, or difficult to manage.

My work often includes:

  • Improving project intake and readiness
  • Creating operational standards and process documentation
  • Building scheduling, tracking, and reporting systems
  • Improving visibility into workload, capacity, priorities, and project status
  • Supporting cross-functional teams and internal customers
  • Training coworkers and requestors on processes and requirements
  • Resolving complex or time-sensitive production challenges
  • Reducing confusion, rework, delays, and unnecessary operational friction

I am often brought into situations where people know something is not working but have not yet identified a practical way forward.

My strength is seeing the operational pattern behind the problem, then helping create a solution people can actually use.

Enterprise Production Experience

I currently support enterprise production operations at Kroger and Fred Meyer Corporate Headquarters through FedEx Office.

My work serves business units across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska, supporting more than 200 requestors and nearly 10,000 projects since 2018. I coordinate more than 100 production projects each month across Asset Protection, Store Operations, Grocery, Produce, Meat, Deli, Bakery, Apparel, Electronics, Merchandising, and Corporate teams.

My work includes production planning, project coordination, customer intake, workflow guidance, digital production, wide-format production, bindery, finishing, quality control, reporting, scheduling, and operational problem-solving.

Before FedEx Office, I spent more than a decade with Ricoh USA supporting enterprise production environments at Kroger/Fred Meyer and adidas America Headquarters.

Across those roles, I have worked at the intersection of operations, production, customer support, communication, and continuous improvement.

Operational Systems and Improvements

I develop systems that help teams understand what is happening, what is needed next, and where work may be at risk.

My experience includes:

  • Production scheduling and workload-management systems
  • Operational standards for digital, wide-format, bindery, finishing, and quality-control work
  • Project-intake guidance and customer-readiness processes
  • Tracking and reporting tools for project volume, workload, capacity, material use, and project status
  • Documentation and training resources that support consistency across teams
  • Workflow improvements that reduce ambiguity and improve decision-making

I am especially interested in work that improves visibility.

When teams can clearly see workload, priorities, capacity, bottlenecks, and dependencies, they can make better decisions before small problems become larger ones.

How I Work

I bring a practical, steady, and collaborative approach.

I listen carefully to customers, coworkers, leadership, and production teams. I ask questions that clarify the actual need behind a request. I look for the point where communication, workflow, systems, or expectations may be breaking down.

Then I help create a workable path forward.

I am known for staying calm under pressure, solving difficult production problems, protecting quality, and helping people move from uncertainty to execution.

My background in communication and design strengthens this work. It helps me organize information clearly, create usable documentation, explain processes effectively, and understand how people receive and act on instructions.

Roles That Fit

I am especially interested in roles related to:

  • Production Operations
  • Operations Coordination
  • Process Improvement
  • Workflow Optimization
  • Business Process Development
  • Operational Standards
  • Capacity Planning
  • Project Coordination
  • Production Management
  • Operational Reporting and Tracking
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Team Training and Knowledge Transfer
  • Cross-Functional Operations Support

The exact title matters less than the opportunity to improve how work gets done.

I am looking for an organization where I can contribute at a higher operational level, help create scalable systems, support teams through change, and continue building toward a long-term leadership path.

What I Bring to a Team

A team should consider me when it needs someone who can:

  • Bring clarity to complex workflows
  • Improve communication between requestors, teams, and leadership
  • Build practical systems that support consistent execution
  • Turn undocumented knowledge into usable standards
  • Improve visibility into workload and capacity
  • Support customers without losing control of the process
  • Protect quality while working under deadline pressure
  • Help teams adopt better tools, documentation, and working methods
  • Solve difficult problems without creating unnecessary drama

I care about work that is useful, well-organized, and built to last.
